What do you do that your employer feels it necessary to waste money and time (money) on such non-essential training? I have to do so much dang training for my job that is directly job related, there isn’t time to do any other silliness.

The CEO is heavily invested in the idea of sustainability. He wants our corporate culture to reflect that idea. Hence, all of us present at corporate headquarters when the presentation started were instructed to sit in. I am on board with the bosses ideas on responsible forest stewardship but I wish he would draw the line at the kind of hogwash we were fed today.
