You’re right. It’s not a color problem, it’s a culture problem. Ghetto culture is incompatible with civilization.
Unfortunately, it is not permitted to state this out loud. Even FR is squeamish about such statements of fact. I suspect your post will get zotted sooner or later, if only in self-defense.
"Color" and "culture" are more intertwined that most folks would like to admit. Indeed, historically, color begets culture.
If you are unwilling to accept that, look at the cultures of Europe, Asia, and sub-Saharan Africa circa 1500. In what ways were they similar?
