People are more afraid of what the “system” will do to them than what thugs will. If you dare defend yourself, you go bankrupt to “prove” your innocence.
The law only goes after the law-abiding because they don’t resist.

I guess that’s true in some areas of the country. Not here. I for one won’t stand still and let some thug rob me or someone else without a fight. Most others around my area won’t either.
