I hope you realize it IS hit fault if he signs it, and it looks to me like he DID.
It will be interesting to see where the White House gets the bulbs to outfit its hundreds of chandelier lights and sconces. It is an historic landmark and certain conversions may not be possible—but wherever are THEY going to get the bulbs for the East Room chandeliers?
