MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Campaigning in New Hampshire today, Republican Ron Paul says he would lift sanctions on Iran and order the U.S. Navy to pull back from its shores.
Paul says if the U.S. relieved pressure on Iran, people would breathe a sign of relief, interest rates probably would not go up and oil prices probably would drop.
Speaking in Manchester, Paul said the Bush administration has been looking for war with Iran.

I wasnt ever going to vote for Paul, having met the man twice, but this is ridiculous. This is vandalism and potential personal injury (should the weighted bags fall off). Not to mention the risk to the road and utility crews forced to take the illegal signs down.

I noticed that the Paulians had constructed a guerilla banner and had illegally hung it off the Park Lane overpass (facing and over the southbound lanes) using weighted bags to keep it from flapping.
Well it must be in the constitution, because Ron Paul and his supporters would NEVER never do anything that is not in the constitution.

Sorry, hamburgers are unconstitutional.
I hear that Ben Franklin was trying to get them worked into the second amendment...

You really believe that were they to get the bomb, they would end up using it on us? The mullahs know that would lead to the end of THEIR lives pretty damned quick. Iran doesn’t have the kind of economy that can support a massive weapons program on the scale of ours, if they ever do, that means the mullahs are gone. All it is is a giant really really expensive military parade, Soviet Style.

Central Expressway used to be my stompin' grounds.
Now, it is Research BLVD here in Austin. It is virtually the same with regards to Ron Paul eye pollution.

WTF???
No, Ron. Economic pressure is a valid tool for getting Dictators to either right their ways or force the people to get fed up with them and oust them.
It's also entirely ethical from an objectivist/libertarian standpoint. Non-initiation of Force/fraud/theft isn't violated by ostracizing a hostile Nation like this.

al Qaeda, Iran, North Korea, Castro, Chavez, Neo-Nazi’s, Truthers and leftwing nut jobs. Many more that would love to see this loser win the whitehouse. I say keep throwing your money at this losing pony because he is not getting anywhere near it and you will not get your money back. His days as a congressman are numbered too.

Conservatives know the difference. Sometimes, Republicans don't though. These are the RINO's that think a Rudy McRomney ticket is just "peachy".
Hunter and Thompson are the only two contenders who are both Republican AND conservative.

"Who do you consider Americas enemies?" Iran for one. 30 years of "Death to America" followed by the recent statement by Ahmadinejad that the "US will soon burn in a fiery hell" added to the fact that they ARE enriching uranium.

I’m not sure how effective they’ll be. The NIE undercut the effort, and Putin likely has designs on the region. But they should be tried, certainly prior to more drastic measures. Were Paul a viable candidate, this would be sending a harmful message to our enemies.
