Yes, some of the surprises will include that Fred doesnt believe the federal government has the power to codify the social conservative agenda. Hardly a surprise, considering he's stated that repeatedly. Fortunately, if we stripped the United States Code down to it's bare bones, 99.9% of the statutes eliminated would be liberal items. Federalism is the moral enemy of liberalism.
