ORANGEBURG, South Carolina (CNN) Former President Bill Clinton said Monday that the first thing his wife Hillary will do when she reaches the White House is dispatch him and his predecessor, President George H.W. Bush, on an around-the-world mission to repair the damage done to America's reputation by the current president Bush's son, George W. Bush.
"Well, the first thing she intends to do, because you can do this without passing a bill, the first thing she intends to do is to send me and former President Bush and a number of other people around the world to tell them that America is open for business and cooperation again," Clinton said in response to a question from a supporter about what his wife's "number one priority" would be as president.
A spokesman for the George H.W. Bush was not immediately available to comment on whether the former president would chip in some diplomatic help after his son leaves office next year.

I certainly dont think GHW Bush had anything to do with this comment but I do want him to blast Clinton out of the room for saying it

When I visited Dachau I wondered how people could do what was done. As I watch today’s democrats I have the answer. The hatred and conceit are the beginnings, and they have that. They need the power; that’s the next setp.

Don't be naive. Even Bush the son admitted they like eachother.
These images also are telling, take a look. Knowing what you know about Bill Clinton, would you play golf with him? And spend time together, on those "bipartisan" fundraising projects?
To: incindiary
Images can also be deceiving.
What did you want Bush to do, act as if Clinton had leprosy?
As I said, this was all for public consumption to show b-partisanship.
How much time do you think GHW Bush spent with Bill Clinton since they got back from the fundraising trips?
To: woofie
Unfortunately for Bill and his sex party world travel plans, there won’t be a President Hillary because of the the damage done to the Clinton’s reputation by himself in regards to the historical stain of being impeached for lying under oath in a court of law.

Why does Hillary need Bubba and George H.W. to carry the water (diplomacy) for her ? Is she that weak that she is unable to accomplish this task herself ???? Does it take * a village * ??? More proof that Hillary is incompetent.
And hasn't G.W. already made inroads into repairing relationships, e.g. France ???

By the end of 2008 we will have had 20 years of Clinton and Bush. Enough is enough.
I'm a bit biased, I like "No Mas!" a little better...

can’t both of these a-holes just go away!!!!!

Of course George Herbert Walker Bush will help his country. He puts his country above partisanship, because he loves his country more than himself.
Which is in notable contrast to Bill Clinton, who has spent the last seven years tearing down his country, because in doing so he can damage his successor. Bill Clinton always puts himself before even his party, and certainly way before his country, because Bill Clinton loves himself more than anything.

BJ presents a problem for me: I do not know whom to detest more...him or Jimmuh. Jimmuh was well intentioned but wrong. BJ is not well intentioned.
No contest. You have to detest BJ more.

GHWB is not a friend of any Conservative, he’s part of the downfall of the R party. Remember his failure to stand up for the R’s in 1992 after having enormous favorable ratings after GW1, he single handily helped to dismantle the Reagan legacy...he is not to be trusted, just another in a long line of Rockefeller R’s.

Perhaps...but Jimmuh seems intentioned on lining his pockets, so I'm not so sure. But both speak against this country on foreign soil or to foreigners on our soil.
A pox on both their houses anyway.
