McCain faced the enemy in combat, bled, was imprisioned, and tortured for his country. I don’t give a hoot what you think of the man’s politics but I think it’s pretty insolent to call him a “traitor.”
Traitor? No, a traitor is someone such as you who demean the service of someone heroic such as John McCain's was to his country during a time of war. Traitors are defined also by persons unwilling to serve during times of national need and invent ways of skirting the draft: Bill Clinton comes to mind, as do Rudy Gulianni and Mitt Romney.
