Traitor? No, a traitor is someone such as you who demean the service of someone heroic such as John McCain's was to his country during a time of war. Traitors are defined also by persons unwilling to serve during times of national need and invent ways of skirting the draft: Bill Clinton comes to mind, as do Rudy Gulianni and Mitt Romney.
Amen.
John McCain isn’t my choice, but to call him a traitor after serving our country in Vietnam and undergoing compete torture for years in captivity is a downright shame.
I’d trust McCain to lead us in the War on Terror over many of the GOP candidates and all of the Democrat candidates.
