I really enjoy Beck.
Bought 3 autographed books of his for gifts.
But IMO he is a Catholic who fell head over heals for a woman who is a Mormon.
He has said the last drink he put down and quit drinking was because he spotted her across the room met her then married her.
He fell in love quit drinking (good for him) and adopted his wifes Morman faith.
His wife wasn’t Mormon, was she? Thought she was Italian Catholic.
That is factually incorrect. Neither Beck nor his wife were LDS. Beck’s wife told him she would not marry him unless they shared a religion. They took their family to a variety of churches and decided as a family to convert to the LDS Church.

As to Beck being a Mormon, IIRC, when he was dating his wife they didn’t go to any church. She’s Italian, so I imagine she was from a Catholic background as well. They went “church shopping” and ended up in the Mormon church. One of Glenn’s daughters really liked the Mormon church and that’s why they attended it more than once, then they were impressed with the people in the church, and it was Glenn who made the decision to stay.
There’s a couple interviews on youtube where he talks about how he became a Mormon. Search Glenn Beck and Mormon and you’ll come up with the interview (I think they were taped in Utah.)
