COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - The man who killed four people at a church and missionary training center died of a self-inflicted shotgun wound, police said Tuesday.

Matthew Murray, 24, was struck multiple times by a security officer at New Life Church Sunday but died after firing a single shot at himself, the El Paso County Coroner's Office concluded after an autopsy.

My mother would search EVERYWHERE on a regular basis. You’d have thought I was hiding methamphetamines(which her favorite pastor, Ted Haggard was found guilty of) or something serious….but it was all over DVDs, Cds, and video games, the issue of drug abuse or the like never came up. And when she confiscated something, she’d almost never tell me. She’d always pretend like she had no idea what I was talking about, until I had her cornered with evidence….so much for “Liars go to the lake of fire.”

This is interesting as it goes along with my theory. I felt that when they wouldn'tlet him spend the night at YWAM he thought they were all phonies..then he goes to the church of the big phony of last year and took some of them out. A sick way to think, but I think it was what was going through his mind perhaps.
When men like Ted Haggart fall they take a lot of folks with them. It’s not only their soul going to eternal hell but the others who fall away from faith because of them.
IMHO

Those pics are spooky, aren't they?

One thing I didn't mention is that this pic of the Omaha shooter was in the mall prior to his attack. His right arm is like that because he had the SKS rifle shoved up underneath his sleeve.

One only need search for the roots of the word “ruthless” to understand how right you are.

OK. I'm stumped. All I get from Webster is 14th century. No language. No history.

He says the reports have him “puzzled.”

Maybe if you go directly to Greg Knapp’s website you can hear for yourself.

Something’s wrong at my end and I can’t get this thing to play. I can appreciate why Bourbonnais is puzzled, but given that his CNN interview makes me doubtful he saw much, and the coroner’s office has released an official statement ruling the fatal shot self-inflicted, I have to go with the latter. There’s no disputing that Assam shot Murray several times and caused him to stop his attack.

Her shooting him accomplished her purpose. It made him stop killing other people and because of his cowardice, she won’t have the death of the POS to deal with.

If you read the whole file on the young lady, it appears she won her appeal and was exonerated. I am asshamed that we have to share the planet with the cowards who are trying to detract fro the good she did.

The media feel that the public should be docile. The thought the civilian populous could step froward and end the streak of senseless violence is un thinkable to them. They can’t bear the thought of not being able to report the hand wringing news of helpless people slaughtered.

I guess they haven't’t noticed lately that people have started thinking for themselves.

“Doofus, those are magnetic bullets that are attracted to the gun. Regular people can’t get those.”

LOL!!

Well, they never said that I have seen what caliber gun she had, so it was probably a small caliber hand gun for concealment.

Oh please. You can get .45 ACP in a perfectly concealable firearm. Taurus Millennium Pro for example. There are also slightly smaller versions in .40 S&W. Both perfectly good stoppers. No body working security, even on a volunteer basis, is going with anything less than 9mm. Maybe .357 in a light snubbie revolver, although reportedly she fired more than rounds than they hold.

Wasn't there a report that the attacker had on a bullet resistant vest? If so, she might have just knocked the wind out of him, maybe broken a rib or three. But stopped him she did.

All reports I saw so far, estimated he had close to 1,000 rounds of ammo.

Maybe they were counting individual pellets? There's either 16 or 20 pellets to a load of #1 buck, at least for Federal shells, the latter being for the magnum load. So using 16 pellets per load yields just over 60 shells. Not allowing for the handgun ammunition.

Do I really need the sarcasm tag?

So maybe she lied in saying during the inestigation that she didn’t actually swear.

Or she might not have remembered swearing. Do you remember every time some $@%#)@ gets under your skin?

Oh, they’ve noticed, alright. The important thing is to downplay it or ignore it, if possible. It is their agenda that is at risk if we the people learn that WE CAN protect ourselves and our families WITHOUT the aid of government intervention.

I have nothing but praise for the cop on the beat, but the politician with a badge in the office building, sitting in their comfy chair and chatting it up with the local media? Those guys I do NOT trust.

I still have not got my CCL

Frou!

Get that license. You can decide to use it or not, when the time comes, which it likely never will. But, if it does, we don't want to have to add your name to the memorial shoot.

Another person who was there (a man who I believe was also shot) took the gun out of the dead shooter’s hand while he was still sliding down the wall. The man said that he looked at the gun and cleared it because it was jammed.

While a jammed gun might have explained why the creep was unable to kill Assam, it sure makes it impossible for him to have killed himself.

Will you change your mind after she poses for PLAYBOY?

Nope, but I'd go out and buy the issue, even though I haven't bought one for decades.

For the accompanying article of course. :)

Two words that should fill you with horror: grocery store

Or a movie theater. One Jihadie per auditorium. No guns required.

I wholeheartedly support my local police. They are underpaid, overworked and are pawns of the upper management.
