You’re probably familiar with various accounts of how conservative student newspapers are stolen and destroyed on college campuses. Well, that’s exactly what happened with our little newsletter “The Federalist”. But it gets better. One time when we were just starting out, we stuffed the newsletter into the student mailboxes which were simply open pigeon-hole style boxes, with nametags right off the student lounge. Many student organizations put their flyers out the same way. That day, the Dean of Students went around personally and removed them all, mumbling something about violating some arcane rule no one knows about.
