Why not?

It’s certainly more useful socially than learning about tolerance for sexual preferences, assuming sex is allowed to remain an activity that is not included in the curriculum.

Student predatory teachers notwithstanding, of course.

Because it is a silly waste of time to try to get people (especially kids) not to 'gawk' at someone as 'different' as this girl. The schools are supposed to be teaching reading, writing and arithmetic, not handling social engineering.
