“Tin Man” is a miniseries retelling of “The Wizard of Oz”. I think it’s on TNT.

The Tin Man is some sort of updated version of The Wizard of Oz. The tin man in this case is a law enforcement officer, played by one of the guys who starred in Band of Brothers(the one who suffered from battle fatigue after the Bulge.)
