Last Updated: 9:47 PM 12/09/07 - 11 News has learned that Arvada Police are helping Colorado Springs Police serve a search warrant in Arapahoe County in connection with the shootings at New Life Church.
Sigh.
At least they are out of this veil of tears.
Ahhh.... Perhaps that is the reason no names are being released. Could be that they didn’t want to tip anyone off in case there is someone else involved, or in case someone decided to go to the perp’s home and destroy evidence of some sort?
I’m very glad to hear these were not genuine bombs. Wondering if they were going to be used as a diversion, or if perhaps he was just wanting to up the “terror” factor.
I DO hope that this is a random act of violence of some sort and not part of a larger conspiracy, though. In light of the warning from the Arvada cop it could still go either way — unless he was warning people of possible copycats in the coming days/weeks.
