I won’t be happy until they are guaranteed to only have to pay the minimum tuition the school has to offer. With generous government grants to make sure they don’t spend a dime, while citizens spend year paying back student loans! /sarcasm off/
As a parent of 2 in college (Yale and UNC Chapel Hill), the process of getting financial aid requires an extensive FAFSA form along with Soc Numbers for parents and student(s). Also, the applicant must provide Fed Tax return information for the last several years.
If illegals have none of the above, how can they get financial aid when we as citizens have an almost impossible time getting aid for our kids. Right now, I am paying 2K per month plus expenses for my kids. My wife and I decided on giving up on retirement and will be living in a dbl wide sometime in the near future.
What is “the true nature of the story” that you are cheering?

N.C. House Republican Leader Paul Stam (R-Wake) says he is disappointed with a decision issued by the legal counsel of North Carolina’s Community College System requiring admission of illegal aliens at all 58 campuses.
In a Memorandum dated November 7 and addressed to community college officials statewide, David J. Sullivan reversed earlier policy allowing “local choice” in admission of “undocumented individuals."
Each of the 58 community college campuses has been ordered by Sullivan to “immediately begin admitting undocumented individuals.”
“Obviously,” Stam said, “if a resident of another country is here legally, is on a visa to study or has been issued a Green Card should be granted admission to our community colleges. Nevertheless, we are disappointed with a decision usurping authority previously held by local boards of trustees.”
“I’m disappointed with this new policy,” Stam said, “as much as I was the Democratic leaders of the House ignoring Rep. George Cleveland’s bill disallowing anyone in the United States unlawfully from attending any of the state’s community colleges. That bill was assigned to the House Committee on Education in March where no action was taken before the House adjourned August 2.”

“The application requires FAFSA forms. How will illegals get them?” Don’t you know? Illegals are not ordinary citizens; they are a special class. NONE of the laws apply to them, poor things; and WE the taxpayers get to bend over to help them have this special treatment. You will have to continue to fill out those forms and pay taxes and shell out untold amounts of YOUR money to help these poor, unfortunate souls; THEY are untouched by our laws. They are illegals, outside the law. Don’cha KNOW????
PS — What you get in return, of course, is the opportunity to assuage your guilt over being white and having money. You don’t have any guilt? Well, you SHOULD, and the judges and libs are giving you the opportunity to make you FEEL better.

Sooooo, the college must aid and abet an illegal activity. Whoever did this should be hald accountable and go to a court of competent jurisdiction for a review of that opinion.
