I thought he had a divice put in that if irregular heartbeat was detected it would correct it?

A-fib is a little different and not as alarming as ventrical. He has one of our competitor's devices. If it's the one I believe he has, it is a Defib that also Paces.

I worked developing processes for Pacemakers & Defibrillators for the past 16 years. It's tough work, but rewarding knowing you've helped save & improve tens of thousands of lives.
