What kind of launch are you talking about? Are you including the shuttle?

Energy policy needs to be diverse and open to multiple sources to fuel our energy needs

Amen to that. Somehow the public is not getting the message that this is the objective we are working towards though.

All low earth orbiting missions.

The Shuttle is more like 20k$ per pound.

Do you know of any cheap way to orbit????
