Cops will go to great lengths to protect each other. Many times this is good as their lives can depend on their fellow cops. Often enough they ignore minor and major crimes committed by fellow officers.
Yea... that's human nature, to a point. Still the second officer looked to me to be troubled by the situation. He said "Good for you"... after the guy had fed him a line of crap about how the driver was "jumping around..." and " I warned him... STOP! or I'll tase you". Both.. complete lies.
Still though... to me, the other officer looked like... what the hell??
