I think Natalee Hollaway killed Jon Benet Ramsey and was in turn killed by Patsy Ramsey. Patsy Ramsey died from cancer that she developed working around radiation from a suitcase nuke when she was in league with the 9/11 hijackers.
Bush knew about everything.
