Pretty devistating.
That's it, right there. Who represented Tavares at the bail hearing---the one in July? Does that attorney have a relationship with Alan D. Tuttman, who appears to work out of Somerville?
A man named Kevin Nixon represented Tavares in 1995, but I can't find out who represented him at his bail hearing this year.
When that animal was in the judge’s courtroom, he was SHACKLED.
Betcha she wouldn’t have allowed him to be alone with her unshackled in her office. Yet, she let him be loose in society. Idiot.
Another Romney blunder ping.
Daniel Tavares has been in the DDU for five years and is not scheduled to leave until his original sentence -- 13 years for manslaughter -- is up on December 21, 2005. In 1991, he stabbed his mother to death in an argument. While in the DDU, Tavares has had many disputes with officers, some of them physical, which have resulted in repeated extensions of his DDU sentence as well as the loss of radio and television. Tavares, 37, has a graying, thinning crewcut and jagged teeth. He talks slowly and deliberately, and behind heavy eyelids, he seems to struggle to contain his anger. Prison officials view him as a troublemaker. While Tavares is being interviewed, an officer stands against a wall and videotapes him. Officials say they often videotape him when he is out of the cell, to document his actions and to have evidence to refute charges he might make.Tavares admits he has been a difficult prisoner but says it is because he has been abused. He says he has scars where officers have deliberately hurt him. "How many times can you kick a dog before he bites back?" he asks.
Prison officials deny Tavares's abuse charges. Commissioner Dennehy acknowledges there have been infrequent cases of prisoner mistreatment in the DDU and says that officers have been disciplined. "There is no waffling on that," Dennehy says. "The bottom line is we don't tolerate it."
And he is sooooo dreamy...
IMO, when you plead guilty of killing your mother by carving her up....You shouldn't be allowed to live more than a couple months after the confession!!!!
Not to mention letting the piece of garbage out of prison!!!
Just really ticks me off.....
Liberalism is responsible for many deaths.
Yeah, you know what? I think I’m just going to quit caring about any candiate for nomination until it’s all over.
I mean, no one’s a clear cut winner I guess. Which doesn’t really bode well for the general election either.
"argument"?
How about this guy? Released by a Mass. [male] judge...
Can’t remember who appointed him, but it was before Romney.

Like you were supporting him before :-)
You’re right. He’s the ultimate prom date. What was I thinking.
Oops.
Do you understand that in post 43 it was liberal democrats complaining about her because as a prosecuter she wouldn’t be nice enough to the criminals? That the questioning of her “civil rights” experience was to say that she was too conservative and wouldn’t give proper deference to minorities who are “unjustly accused” of crimes?
In other words, if you think post 43 shows she was unqualified, you simply are not understanding what post 43 said.
And seeing FReepers jump on the liberal bandwagon simply because they think they can smear an opposing candidate by a guilt-by-association claim is sad indeed.
It shouldn’t, but I’m sure you’ll do your best, better than having to talk about your own candidate anyway.
Fortunately for your candidate, he never had to appoint anybody to anything so he has no inevitable bad appointments, unless you count people on his campaign.
Good point. I cannot call him an animal, though. An animal is incapable of committing murder. He is a very wicked human being.
Cordially,
They wanted liberals from their world, and he gave them prosecutors. They weren’t happy.
