I’ll admit I don’t know what the USS COLE was doing in YEMEN, but I bet it was involved with protecting our oil??? and security interests. Do you ride a bicycle? Use oil or oil products?

Yes I benefit from oil imports. But I would never ask your child or my sons to die to protect my appetite for oil. That may be the basic difference between Paul and the rest of the globalists.

I can understand you not wanting to lose a son to protect this, that’s normal. But who is supposed to do this? Someone else’s son?

You are damned lucky you live in a country where you can be a presidential advisor/armchair military expert, while SOMEONE ELSE’S son or daughter face danger everyday so you can enjoy freedom of speech, an uninterrupted comfortable lifestyle made much better because of oil products.

You remind me of a relative of mine. He is a big brusing weight lifter yuppie, who spouts off about this “illegal” war, and how he wouldn’t allow his son to fight it.

He is one of those typical people who, if a terrorist attacked and it impacted his family, would be whining the loudest about how “The govt., Bush, should have protected me.”

So, if we are mean for protecting our interests, and oil, what is your SOLUTION for fixing this problem, besides blind support for Ron Paul? What’s RP’s solution, besides pulling out or troops in Iraq so terrorists can turn into a lucrative terrorist training camp?
