Why are people buying tickets to Mavericks games?

Cuban has done a fine job with the mavericks and made basketball very entertaining.

Cuban made his Billion by selling the domain name “business.com” during the dot-com craze.
Beyond that, he’s living off of investments. If you get 5% return every year from $1 billion, that’s a whole lot of money. This effort was funded by the equivalent of a trip to a NBA ball game for the average income.
When Cuban (his last name fits the bastardo socialist cockroach aptly)bought the Mavs I thought it was great but his politics has turned me off them till he is no longer associated with the club.
As always the Shiite rises to the top in Hollywood.
