I hope Brian De Palma lives the rest of his days looking over his soldier for some Marine to come up and teach him some lessons about life.

Medved has absolute credibility imo. He is honest, comforting and down to earth in everything he says. Good for him - his eloquence is an often overlooked boon for our side.

Brian DePalma should be shouted down and pelted with tomatoes whenever he appears anywhere in America, for the rest of his life. He is a monstrously evil man.

Roger Ebert gave it 3½ stars. Based on this review, I'm not surprised.

Hollywood needs to go back to making movies that inspire people. Not holding my breath for that.
P.S. I give Mr. Medved 5 stars for his review.
To: infoguy
His name is Rush. Nothing in movies is an accident. They’re clearly trying to indict and smear Rush Limbaugh by saying that secretly he wants to rape and abuse 14-year old girls and murder them and then burn their bodies
Not being too obvious, are they? I’m surprised that they didn’t have another character named Ann who was tall and blond (as a stand in for Ann Colter). I guess she could have been Rush’s wife.

I like Michael Medved, but I think the most effective review would be to ignore it until it is out of theaters, and then publish your review. Even saying “The worst movie ever” may attract more people to the theater than I’d like to see pay money, because maybe there’s a lot of people who saw Battlefield Earth who want to see if its really that bad.
