Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has decided to keep the chamber in session over the Thanksgiving break to block President Bush from making any unsavory recess appointments while Senators are out of town.
He doesn’t learn, does he...
He pulled this crap with the all-night debate, and here it is again, except even longer this time. Keep shooting yourself in the foot, Dingy.
In large part, the less they do, the better for us -- the taxpayers.
This is not happening.
I think you have to be present to vote.
But, he’ll not do it over Christmas. It’s only another month.
Reid didn’t learn from the crash and burn of the last Democrat Senate leader. Obstructionism has reached new levels.

If there was a Senator with balls enough to do this, as soon as the Senate adjourned the President could make his recess appointments before Dingy Harry could get his hangers-on back to the hill.

have a Republican make a motion that a quorum is absent every time and force a quorum call and send the troops out to compel attendance and drag their asses back.
