[Kathy in Alaska]

I leave Wednesday night for my annual Thanksgiving trip to California, from whence I came to Alaska. I have my own room and DSL. I usually run into Santa there and I help him with stockings.

Oh, and we had about 4 inches of snow last night and today. It's 24F outside my window. Hope it sticks.

All right! It doesn't seem like it, but I suppose it HAS already been a year. Wow, time has flown. You enjoy the time "off" as much as you can.

You got snow? Now I'm jealous. But at least we're not that cold (24 degrees) for a month or some yet, they tell me. The snow I want, the cold...we'll see how that goes. Stay warm!
