Dolphin and porpoise steaks are real good. Blackened or with orange sauce are both excellent choices. One animal will feed almost a 100 people a real nice meal.
There's a big difference between bottle nosed dolphin and snub nosed dolphin.
If they taste anything like the whale I've had (and I'm sure they do), then no, dolphin and porpoise steaks are horrible. But the Japanese have different tastes than I do.
