if we want to win the next election the american people need to hear this from our top leadership, not just al-reuters!
“Where is the GOP/Pres on this?”
Where is the Pres on anything lately. Of all his faults, poor PR will have been his worst.
Agreed on the PR. So sad...
Most excellent news.
To use this politically would simply validate the theory that justification of the Iraq policy depends on casualty rates at the present moment (as opposed to the total sum of casualties world wide over a strategically long period of time.)
My thoughts exactly. Using a reduction in deaths as a benchmark of success diminishes those who have died in the past and plays right into the simple-minded view the Dems have tried to perpetuate. We should all be happy that fewer troops have died over the past few months; holding a presser on this is a political move.
time to lose the election then, because the dems have been using it politically and saying that our death rates are simply unacceptable.
Hmm... if the pattern continues watch for increased demonstrations nationwide by the "anti-war" liberals.
The dummycrats always shout the loudest against the war when deaths drop. They’re not to be found when we’re getting a lot of troop deaths. Normally, once the death rate drops, they protest in the streets, the terrorists get encouraged and deaths go up. It’s all in their plan.
The Surge has Worked and Victory is at Hand
Pray for W and Our Victorious Troops
At this rate the TreasoncRats will be protesting at the back of the Victory Parades.
Pray for W and Our Troops
Okay then why arent we seeing this on the news?
How many times has W given prime-time speeches on all major networks as past presidents have? He just didn’t use the media, biased as they are.
