I acquired a Koran, also, and read it. It was a little scarier, so I remember some of it. It was also the most incredibly confused book that I ever recall reading

I got one when I was in Turkey. It did not have the original Arabic next to the translation, so it was not an authorized copy. From what the people I knew said, there are groups that interpret the writings differently. Kinda reminded me of how the different churched view the bible.
