Being that the Cubs are in the process of being sold, it seems unlikely to me that they would make any move toward A-Rod.
Sounds like a perfect fit, a-rod and Mark Cuban. Two very big fat heads.
Though it would be nice for him to play for the Cubs, it would be impossible. Most of the best players in the league have started their careers with the Cubs, been traded before they became good and then went on to have stellar careers. It is only after they are physically worn out do they come back home to Wiggly Field.
