If people that elect him want answers, I guess he should try and get them no matter how silly it makes him look.
I don't think taking it too serious helps a Presidential candidate though.

I know there is a huge “snicker factor” about Roswell but it would be well to keep an open mind as to the enormous possibilities of life elswhere. Maybe we are not yet capable of interstellar travel as we are just now beginning to crawl off our own planet but our more distant cousins are off to the races. I saw part of what was recovered at Roswell, and it wasn’t ours.

They may be extraterrestrial

But they're still illegal aliens!

I lived at Roswell in 1959 and 1960, was stationed there at Walker AFB from 1966-1967. I never heard a word about a UFO crash in the 1940’s.
Although one Airman did tell me he saw a B-52 land with something glowing on the radome of a Bomber that landed. I never got verification from anyone else except they were told they did not see what they just saw.

The Roswell incident
does pretty much coincide with the arrival of this guy:

Coincidence? I think not.

July 1947 Rosewell Crash. Nine months later, March 1948, Al Gore born. HmmmThat's the best evidence I have heard yet.
When was Alan Colmes born?

Playing devil’s advocate here.
If there was no alien space ship crash, and there are no extraterrestrials, exactly what records are there that the government refuses to release?
Seems to me that they could end all the mystery and open all the files to the public.

Didn't Richardson go to Monica at the Watergate Hotel to offer her a job during Billy Jeff's "troubles"? I could be wrong, but I thought he did.
He's little more than a high paid "waterboy" IMHO.

I think horny toads would be insulted. Their brow ridges are symmetrical and they have a look of dignity and thoughtfulness in their eyes.
