The Rosa fire in Riverside County, Northwest of Temecula, has burned 411 acres and is 70 percent contained as of 10:00 p.m., according to Justin Scribner of the Perris Information Center. They have closed the 5 Freeway at Camp Pendleton. Embers crossing freeway lots of smoke. Apparently there are Marines still on the base and they are fighting the fire.
