If you use I’net Explorer, it says that on the “view” option at the top. Refresh = F5.

Just because I go into “view” a hundred times a day, am I suppose to remember these things? LOL. I always hit the little refresh arrows. And to think I self taught myself on the computer. Oy.

And if you use Firefox, you can use the add-on “Reload Every”, set it to reload every minute on each of the tabs (or windows) and sit back and watch. Also, “Check for Change” will monitor the bid amount and notify you (visually or with sound) when it changes. These two things will make your life much nicer, especially in these situations where you’re watching closely.
