That's up to Betty. It's her property now. Rush will get it to her probably with a nice JP-4 gashog like a Gulfstream 5. Probably in person. Leaving a nice contrail of global warming where he goes so we are all nice and comfy:) A good move for Rush would be to fly around and pick up Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Michelle Malkin, Star Parker and a whole bunch of women for a big presentation on the Capitol steps. Bush can get in on this too. Just to have a laugh at congress:)

Ideally, a senator would ask for floor time, for a sense of the Senate speech congratulating Rush for the work he has done, and continues to do, supporting our military. Then turn over the rest of his time to Rush (waiting in the wings with Mrs. Casey) to deliver the letter into her hands and give a short speech to the Senate as to why 4 sheets of paper, worth $.20 two weeks ago are now worth $2.1M - just my opinion...
