We grow telephone poles up here. Kinda freaky when you see 100+ foot trees bending and twisting. Especially when they’re all around you. Especially when you live in an old, ratty, falling apart aluminum trailer. Especially when one of those trees could easily recycle this trailer into cans with one blow.

I take comfort in knowing that we get big winds here almost every winter. These trees are so tall because they’ve withstood plenty of wind. We are 15 minutes from Mt. Rainier as the plane flies. 45 minutes by car. =)
I think I might see if I can get some windy pictures.
