Dangerous Visions, an anthology of short science fiction stories. I remember reading it too, many years ago, and this story about Norway reminded me of the same story... pretty sad...

I live here because I think it is a beautiful area; my wife and children love it here, we have discussed moving but we like no place better. We do not participate in the gay community, we keep our children in private school to avoid public school junk like this.
I appreciate your advice on where I should live and how I should live. You appear to be a very balance individual.
Tell me, do any gay people live in your town? any druggies? any liberal politicians? Or are you just feeling you are better than other people and thus give out your child like advice?

But their sexuality must also be socialized, so they are not, for example, allowed to masturbate while sitting and eating. This confused me. The kids are allowed to do just about anything, but not this? I guess that there are some lines that even Europervs won't cross.

In July 2007, the German Ministry for Family Affairs was accused of state-encouraged incest when it issued a pair of education booklets encouraging parents to sexually massage their children as young as 1 to 3 years of age. One of the booklets recommended that fathers should devote attention to the sexual organs of young daughters and another suggested teaching children the movements of copulation.
These pseudo-psycological suggestions always come from the shrink-wrap community. This community would be one of the first to demand other agencies police themselves to make sure the wrong 'types' didn't corrupt them. Here is about the clearest evidence yet, that the pediophiles have infiltrated and corrupted the shrink-wrap community at large. If this isn't so, then those with their head screwed on straight (and I'll have to admit to a bias here, I'm not convinced there are that many actually) should purge those intent on exploiting children down to the age of todlers, out of this vocation. In fact, I'd encourage investigation and prosecution of those violating any laws on the books today.
This sounds like an institutionalized blueprint dictated by NAMBLA.
Frankly, just reading about it makes me furious.
Imagine a society that would accept a scenario where your little three year old would walk up to you and ask you to, "Touch me daddy." Tell me this doesn't make you livid.
This is a call for the instituionalized betrayal of what the core relationship between parents and their children should be, an innocent provision of love reinforced with physical contact free from any sexual gratification whatsoever. And make no mistake about it, if this were agreed to, it wouldn't be five years before this crowd would suggest actual sex between parent and child would be a healthy thing.
Folks, I don't know how much clearer it could be where we are headed as a race of people.
Either we wake up, or what will be ushered in will be beyond our wildest darkest nightmares.
Anyone suggesting what these people have should immediately have their licenses to practice revoked.

You’re very sensitive about living in San Francisco.
I suspect you have been liberally influenced more than you know.
It’s not just the gay culture. It’s the anti-military, the anti-Christian, the anti-Republican, and so many, many other anti-cultures that make San Francisco a Sh!t-hole.
One can’t live in a cess pool without getting some of the stink on them.

I was joking before but you really need help.
To: ari-freedom
You raise a good point.
Yes, we should fight the liberals as they seek to force their Frisco-style beliefs down our throats.
And part of the fight involves bringing their nasty deeds (like the Folsom Street Fair) into the light of day, and calling them out on how sick and perverted they are.
To: null and void
This is beyond perverted.

It sounds a lot like Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World."
Like "1984" it wasn't written as a guide it was a warning.
