Last spring I broke my leg. During the period of forced inactivity my carefully controlled numbers went to hell.

For me, exercise and work are the primary factor. I take Advicor and aspirin, but neither are completely effective without daily exercise.

Physical activity cuts my numbers like crazy. Now that its cooled off and I can longer swim every day, I see the change.

good, old-fashioned lifestyle: Hard, physical work.

Works for me. Went from 200 to 104 average with physical work and,5mg Glipizide per day.
