Abortions are not mandatory for women in China who have had one child but in most cases that is irrelevant because they cannot afford the penalties imposed on them if they have a second child. If they have twins or triplets in the first pregnancy they do not get fined and tax penalties.

I know this first hand as we have a joint venture company in China and also employ at our facility in Ashford a China national. He has been in the UK for 10 years now and decided to have another child whilst in Britain if he goes back to China he may have to pay a fine and high taxation but he is not 100 per cent sure especially as the older child is now in her last 2 years in school in Britain and then will go to a British university if he goes back with one child he may well escape any penalties.

I therefore assume in Britain the baby in late term abortions must be done by somehow killing the baby and then inducing as I believe that after about 14 weeks that is only way that it can be performed in Britain by the women giving birth. Am I correct in this. Sorry if this is offending anyone but especially with the bill coming up in Parliament I want to be fully aware of the facts and how I can intelligently counter act the arguments.

I'm sorry, but you are mistaken if you think China doesn't force abortions:

China Forced Abortions
