Mexico needs to be further opened to U.S. business and industry along with allowing American retirees, and those seeking vacation homes, and even developers to buy Mexican real estate. Because Mexico is controlled by a sleazy oligarchy people go hungry and are induced to come to the U.S.—illegally.

Ive always hated authentic Mexican food - the lard that they put in everything is simply putrid. I don't eat Mexican style food and I've never been to Mexico but I can say from personal experience that the "Chinese" food sold in this country doesn't even remotely resemble the food that you get in China (southern China,at least),Hong Kong and Macau. The food you get there is *far* different than, and *far* better than, what you get here.I wouldn't be surprised if the same were true with "Mexican" food.

What’s so baffling about telling Mexicans “Make a run for the border!”??

New Mexican food is the only southwestern fare worth eating.

oh cry me a river - macdonald’s serves a lousy American burger yet it succeeds because of efficiency and affordability. Mexico can have crappy tacos from Taco Bell just like we can have crappy American food from MacDonalds.
*sigh* but how I miss those tacos from Jack in the Box.

Butter, real butter not margarine or the like, is very good! But for frying or baking it’s not quite as good as lard. As with anything, moderation is the key word. Lard is useful for some things but not everything..............

I used to sometimes pass a place in my city where there was a taco stand consisting of a small lunch-wagon type vehicle that was permanently parked on a tiny corner lot. This was within sight of a large Taco Bell.
I could never figure out how this tiny stand did any business until someone told me that it was probably just a front for drug deals. But perhaps it had something to do with finding authentic Mexican food.

Aha - but tortilla prices have been rising dramatically!
Our evil American plan to use "ethanol" as a cover for our plan to overrun Mexico with Taco Bell's is coming together nicely.

Ya wanna flummox a “liberal”?
Ask them how many have been fed and for how much through the federal government vs through McDonalds.
They know the answer - it makes steam come out their ears.

They were deemed the most dangerous fast food by some research group a couple years back because of their unsanitary practices.I never got sick there, but that was probably only by dumb luck. The Taco Smell nearest me didn't even bother to wipe off the trays before they reused them. It was normal to find slime and crap from someone else's meal smeared all over the tray. I complained and the manager blamed the lazy help. He offered me a free meal, but I refused to take it.

I’ve heard but can’t substantiate that the ground beef Taco Bell uses is actually graded below Alpo by the USDA.
