Yep. Was he the one who was driving when the children got hurt? Why is he only working intermittently? Plus his wife is only working part time. What parents do that and expect to support a family??!! Get a full time job!!!
Lets be fair Nancy, it was a 12-year-old child, who was exploited for partisan gain to parrot the DemocRATic party line, BY YOU and Harry the Liar Reid.
Have you no shame???
Sorry, stupid question on my part.
The children were not born with brain injuries. They could well afford the insurance, but instead opted for real estate investments.
Now, after the fact, they would have to pay a lot more for insurance, but by law the insurance companies could not outright deny them.
I suspect you are right. That is why I said if they want to be believed, then they need to release their IRS filings.
Yes, Nanny Nancy....we don't like LIARS of ANY age....and we sure don't like TAX CHEATS!! HARD WORKING people PAID for this child because the parents WOULDN"T get insurance when they could have!!
I still haven’t heard where the fourth child goes to school.
I live right in the area with all these schools, and know tons of people that go to them. I know that they offer some aid, but these kids do not fit the profile of the kind which would get MASSIVE assistance. I would also assume that financial aid forms for the private schools would, like college aid forms, explore the assets of the family.
The more typical full-ride recipient would usually be an inner-city child with a single parent, who has also shown significant academic promise. And these scholarships are also quite limited in number.
If Park gave every liberal Volvo-driving “I love city life” bumper-sticker-sporting family that much money, they’d have a serious financial problem. Because that’s EXACTLY the type that Park attracts.
I was thinking it was unreported to the SCHIP. IRS probably knows about it. The Frosts have to show some income on a property they claim mortgage interest on and that they probably depreciate.
While it’s entirely possible the kids had undone their seatbelts as they traveled it does sound to me that they were unbelted.
Personally, I wonder who was the registered owner of the families vehicles? I have a hunch that they were owned by the LLC and therefore Mr. Frost had only carried liability on the vehicle involved in the accident. If he was too cheap to insure his family why would he insure a mere SUV?
Also, would be surprised if he had refinanced his own home to buy the warehouse that houses his business. I suspect that he did that with a SBA low interest loan.
This family has held itself up to the nation as victims with their child as their spokes person. They have cried out “look at us!!!! See how bad Bush is!!!! Look as us!!!”
Now people are looking at them and they are whining about harassment and scurrying back under their taxpayer subsidized luxury rock.
A Pox on their house.
I didn’t know the kids were thrown. It’s no wonder they had problems.
And I agree with the rest you said. You know what they say about glass houses ...
The Frosts’ live in a home that is over 4,000 sq. ft. - an end unit. A similar, smaller interior house sold a few doors away last year for $485,000. Looking at the interior pictures of the kitchen in the news media, it looks like no expense was spared when updating the kitchen - granite counters, new cabinets, etc. I think everyone can figure this story out.
As another poster pointed out the other day, too, did the Foster’s have health insurance for the birth of their children? Who paid the hospital bills?
Personally, not providing health insurance for your four children when it is obvious that you could afford to do so, is beyond irresponsible. Trotting your twelve year old son out into the media fray to advance your political agenda is beyond repulsive.
Actually its their commercial property that is over 4,000sf, the home is just over 3,000sf.

The 485,000 house was also an end unit but 1000sf smaller.

USA Today snorted "and by the way the counters aren't granite, they're concrete"...Only problem is, just like the they did on the rest of this story they did not look into the facts...concrete is more expensive than granite. LOL
I’m including the basement footage. 3,040 sq. ft.- house, 1,120 - basement.
Gotcha.
I just think that given that this was a newer vehicle and the belts were in primed condition, and the children in question probably didn’t weigh much, that the seat belts just weren’t worn at the time of the accident.
Also, though it’s not what your post is about; I not seen one single post on this or any of the other conservative boards I visit that condemns criticizes or attacks these poor kids. Have you?
Principal Residence
An indicator of whether the property is the owner's principal residence. "Yes" indicates the property is the owner's principal residence. Only the owner's principal residence is eligible for the Homestead Tax Credit, the Homeowners' Tax Credit, and local income tax offset credits.
Can't believe they would forgo all these homeowner benefits if they were entitled. They must claim the credit elsewhere. Where is the question.
I don't think I said that the financially successful grandparents should "co-sign" or "sign" for the loan.
I was trying to highlight the pose of "innocence about life's exigencies" that the the parents of the injured children are assuming.
Those parents are acting like they themselves are victims who are innocent of the ways of the world.
If they are such naive people, then they can be helped, by their "wise" and "successful" parents, through the steps of applying for a loan or they can be helped through the steps of arranging for a better schedule of repayment.
How about government-guaranteed loans to help families pay off medical debt...similar to government guaranteed loans which pay for college?
Maybe, in his "down" time, he does work for free for older people in his neighborhood?????
I’m sorry about your daughter.
No, not at all. The only thing anyone is attacking is the family’s income and their expectations that the government will take care of them instead of taking care of their own.
FWIW my cousin was killed in a head-on car crash at 60 mph with seat belt buckled. The lethal injury ? Brain stem injury due to the head impacting the head rest on bounce-back.
