For the most part, the whole debate was a snorefest in my opinion. One of the only things that woke me up was this little spat. As always, Ron Paul opens himself up and asks for it. Quite entertaining.

For the record; Hawaii wasn’t part of the US when it was attacked. 1812 was a war about the US trying to invade Canada. And the Mexican American War was about Texas which still wasn’t sure what it was part of when the War took place.

Fighting back isn’t the same as trying to take over ot fighting over land that another country just had. Mexico’s plan was never to invade the US and Canada was not trying to expand south.
