Mitt and Rudy stood out...Hunter and McCain did fine but didn’t add anything to his chances. Thompson played defense and didn’t hurt himself...everyone else were background...

I think that summary is pretty much right on. Oh and you forgot to mentioned Ron Paul was a kook.

Well, John is getting a lot of free air time—legally will CNBC have to give all the other candidates extra time too?

On the CNBC stream: McCain’s talking about the line-item veto, how he supports it and wishes he could have answered that Q during the debate.

I actually avoided putting that in my post, because I don’t want to say that’s what Fred’s doing.

However whenever I’m talking to someone and they do that, I presume they’re hiding something from me.

(it seems pretty accurate)

Hunter seems like an honorable and decent man but, according to the National Taxpayers Union, his record on spending is not very good. It is in the 70s, much lower than even McVain.

You’d be surprised how easy it can be.

@@@@@

Yes, I would. I respect the effort that members of my family have spent in getting their advanced degrees, and I still maintain that simultaneous degrees in Harvard programs are signs of a good intellect and excellent organizational skills. Both talents that a President should have.

Romney lost?

I don’t think so.

He seemed to have done exceptionally well, actually.

Can’t tell if McCain is practicing his answers, or talking to someone through the ear bud thing...he sure does look relaxed while he talks about shaming the democrats. :-)

Well yeah, because they know the GOP Base will not VOTE or support him. They know a McCain nomination would hand Hillary the Oval Office.

Are you saying that Fred was lying and that is why he was pulling on his nose? Don’t be so coy. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Guess McCain’s done! Who’s this goober looking around? Must be a regular on CNBC who doesn’t realize he’s on-air either. Counting to five now, LOL.

That is not your place to say this.

It is my opinion, and this is the place for it. I believe in fighting for my country and you don't.
