This is the first I’ve ever heard of a nuclear weapon actually being used since WWII. I’ve tried googling it, but have found nothing. Have a link to any articles on a nuclear device being used in the Sino-Soviet border conflict or any other time that wasn’t just a test? Thanks a ton!
