Did you realize that after a lifetime of eating wheat and rye crackers that a year and a half deprivation makes white, whole kernal, cornchips taste great ~ with peanut butter, cheese, and so forth.
Corn chips and corn tortillas are one of my few junk food pleasures. The tortillas get wrapped around the chorizo and eggs at the local Mexican food joint. I had to stop eating Greek food because the bechamel sauce on the moussaka contains some wheat flour. I tried just reducing my Greek munchies to dolmades, but even those left me with a runny nose in short order. Thai food is generally a great choice. No cows milk or wheat anywhere.
