If she is so understanding of their culture ...she should know that had she been in Iran, she definitely would be in jail today with all her blustering knocking of the administration.

Ironically, she is right. Westerners like her don’t understand the “values of this particular culture.” Just as people like her could not understand the “values” of the Germany of 1933-1939.

Well, thats true Katie. In both Hitler's Germany and Achmadinejad's Iran there are no homosexuals and the trains carrying Jews always run on time.

Contrast our pitiful attempts at understanding Middle Eastern culture with their diligent efforts at understanding ours. (sarcasm)

Eventually, I do not know when, but eventually America is going to WINONE4THEGIPPER. The old media and the traitors in congress can attack America all they wish, for they only reveal themselves as the idiots, they are. When an idiot speaks, alway allow that idiot plenty of rope, with which that idiot will hang themselves. The old media and the current congress has the rope, they have strung themselves up, and the current drop is causing the rope to grow shorter each time their (the old media and the current congress) mouths open.

Usually these news-readers don’t spout out until after they are out of the anchor chair. She must know here days are numbered.

Will anybody put the brakes on this? The greatest success in the history of the armed forces of The United States of America with coalition and Iraqi help, and this POS domestic propagandist has tried her best along with other domestic and foreign enemies to "put the brakes on this".

Oftentimes Westerners dont really understand fully the values of this particular culture, said Couric. And I think the jury is still out as to whether democracy can really thrive in Iraq.
What would that pig know about “culture”? She can’t even present the news minus the liberal spin.

Does she actually believe that anyone with a brain will care what she thinks, or is she just talking to fill air time?

I've had a flag waving 24 hours a day 7 days a week in my front yard since 9/11, Katie, and I'm not one damned bit ashamed of it, nor of my support for America's response to the attacks.
You, my dear, are nothing but a sniveling little leftist coward. I pity you.

Well, Ms. Couric, what do you think about WWII families who wore flag pins, flew flags at their homes and planted vicotry gardens?
You REALLY need to get the hell out of New Yak more often.

Maybe they don’t “understand” our culture. You kill us and we will kill you. That is not too hard to understand and I think they are slowly learning.

We understand them a damn sight more than they try to understand us. Sure, Katie, these crazy mofos kill 3K of our people and we should try and understand them more. A neutron bomb would carry all the understanding i need.

Well if she’s really sympathetic to Iran’s plight against the evil west she should be wearing a berka. I mean it’s only right.
