Star did not cause a panic among the airport visitors. No reports of people fleeing for their lives because of a terrorist bomber wandering around the terminal. Only a deluded, ticked off, imperial information booth operator decided the decorative wires, LEDs and battery were dangerous - subsequent to non subservient behavior on Star's part.

Star probably wouldn't have fared any better had she worn a T-shirt that had a picture of an exploding bomb on it. As it was, to most the apparatus was no more threatening than a singing birthday card.

Not true. People did flee in panic. From the Boston Herald:

Word spread quickly that there might be a bomb in the very airport where the two planes that flew into the World Trade Center in 2001 originated, causing several employees to flee the building, police said.
