Warman ( and I stand by my definition of him as A Legal Jackal ) and the CHRC are excellent bad examples of good intentions gone wrong.
They deserve to be hectored, hounded and pilloried out of existence.
Addendum: On second thought, Warman is not a legal Jackal- he is a buzzard, and carrion eater...
