I wonder if this time he’ll waive his right to a jury trial and go for a bench trial. Cuz i don’t think he’s gonna get anyone this time who would let him off.
I think that was speculated about by some of the talking heads on the various networks yesterday. These experts seemed to think that OJ might indeed wind up with a bench trial. Really, where are you going to find anyone who isn’t familiar with OJ and the Brown/Goldman murders and who would not have any bias one way or the other?
