Newbies. Hands down. Experienced riders on sportbikes aren’t as dangerous as squids on any bike. On top of that, a sportbike’s handling vs. a cruiser makes it more forgiving.

If you’re old enough to remember Joan Claybrook (and I am not implying you are) you’ll appreciate the gravity of this statement and its implications, namely the manufacturers and riders better clean their own house quick before the government does this for them. I’d hate to see freedom loving riders of sportbikes forced to go to Canada to acquire a version not watered down by US government regulations.

Not all cruisers.I ride a 96 Magna and it handles real good.
