Which way does St. Louis swing? I was there in June and it seemed to be a Liberal college town. The Chesterfield & Ballwin areas seem a little more conservative. My kids ex fiance is a libnutcase from Wash U. Talk about brain washed!

St. Charles County (Suburbs of St. Louis) is predominantly conservative.

West St. Louis County is mostly conservative, but, as you go towards St. Louis City... all hope is lost... North St. Louis County is a (D) stronghold as well...

The outlying areas of Metro St. Louis Jefferson, Lincoln, Franklin, and Warren counties are fairly conservative...

St. Louis City has always been strongly Democratic.

St. Louis County has recently moved into the Democratic camp.

The Republican areas are the outlying suburbs in Jefferson County, Franklin County, St. Charles County, Lincoln County.

Don’t know where you got a college town feel. We do have several universities but they don’t get much attention from the rest of the metro area.
